The FiiO DM15 R2R is a breakthrough portable CD player that brings vintage-era CD listening into the modern age, combining a high-fidelity 24-bit R2R DAC architecture, desktop-grade power performance and multi-output connectivity inside a compact chassis. Designed for audiophiles who want authentic CD audio, the FiiO DM15 R2R uniquely integrates a true fully differential 24-bit R2R resistor array DAC using 192 precision resistors, delivering warm, analogue-style sound reproduction with exceptional detail retrieval and low distortion. This R2R DAC, together with FPGA conversion and a proprietary MCU controller, ensures every note from the CD is decoded with accuracy and musicality.

Compared to the previous generation, the DM15 R2R is slimmer by 2 mm while dramatically increasing audio drive capabilities, delivering up to 315 mW + 315 mW single-ended output power and up to 1150 mW + 1150 mW balanced desktop-grade output, allowing the FiiO DM15 R2R to drive demanding over-ear headphones with ease. A patented Desktop Mode bypasses the internal battery for stationary use, protecting battery life over years of playback. With a 4700 mAh high-voltage pure cobalt lithium battery, users can still enjoy up to 7 hours of continuous portable CD listening.

The FiiO DM15 R2R is much more than a CD player – it is a complete digital hub. It functions as a Hi-Fi-grade USB DAC supporting up to 384 kHz/32-bit and DSD256, turning computers, smartphones and tablets into high-resolution music sources. It also features a Bluetooth 5.4 transmitter using Qualcomm QCC3095, supporting aptX, aptX Adaptive, aptX HD and SBC, meaning CDs can be wirelessly streamed to Bluetooth headphones or Bluetooth speakers. The DM15 R2R even supports USB CD ripping, allowing users to rip CDs to WAV format while listening, preserving favourite albums and sharing them easily.

Designed with usability in mind, the FiiO DM15 R2R includes a retro-style orange TFT display, mechanical controls, infrared remote, 24 global sound presets, selectable BASS modes and ESP anti-skip protection.
